Sometimes its hard to visualise the next step, be it in your career, relationships or life itself. We often find ourselves thinking about everything at the same time, get flustered and starting to panic about our lack of direction and control (and I am sometimes guilty of this too!).
One way to properly start the process of visualising your next step or future and making it happen is to think right.

ACTION: Get to know the people, places and situations that make you happy, push you forward in your journey and trigger your positive sides - note them down and regularly return to them for motivation.
TAKE CONTROL: Now you know what makes you tick (in a good way), put it into practice; whenever you find yourself in a frustrating or uncomfortable position/place, take your mind to that pleasing place and take control of the situation.
If you are used to doing the same thing and getting the same outcome - its time for a change! Most of us would like to be in a better career, have better relationships and develop better skills but if you don't make that an aim it will remain a mere lofty, blissful dream and you'll keep doing the same things. There is so much more in you, so whenever you think you've reached a milestone or hit a wall, aim higher.
ACTION: Make a list of goals you want to reach but the end of each month and then by the end of the year. For each goal jot down some short tasks to get you there, before you know it you'll be on your way
ACTION: Now don't go exposing everything about your life plans to absolutely anyone and everyone. Find people that are of similar mindsets or have prior experience and are people you can trust. Use your current connections to gain direction from people who have succeeded (or failed!) before you and network to find people who have the skills to add to what you want to do and make it better.
